Every floor of the West Loop commercial space at 730 W. Randolph building has roughly 6,000 sq. ft. of lease area (while the basement has approximately 3,000 sq. ft.), as well as 200 ampere electrical per floor and T1 access. All of the floors of the West Loop commercial space can be built out in a wide array of floor plans to meet any tenant’s needs. When a floor of the West Loop commercial space gets finished out here, we will do everything from the lighting and ceiling fans all the way down to the floor coverings.
