The historic west loop is being
redeveloped almost completely. Perhaps the fact that this
area is within one of the few Enterprise
Zones of the city has something to do with that, but no
matter the developments are all around. The variations
of the Developments range from
loft conversions of existing buildings to 37 story high rises
such as the Skybridge
project and entire block projects such as Block
