The
730 W. Randolph Building employs Cornerstone Realty as the
managing agent of the property.
Cornerstone Realty
has professionally managed the 730 W. Randolph Building for
over 10 years and has guided the building through a
complete renovation and other various updates. Some
of these upgrades include the installation of the freight
elevator, passenger elevator, full sprinkler system, a new
roof, plumbing, HVAC, telephone system, and the select
entry system. Additional features that Cornerstone
has overseen in the building include the addition of men's
and women's restrooms on each floor, eating and kitchen areas
per floor, and sand blasting and tuck pointing of the brick
walls.
