Each floor is built to fit whatever the Tenants needs are.

Every floor of the building has roughly 6,000 sq. ft. of rentable space (while the basement has approximately 3,000 sq. ft.), as well as 200 ampere electrical per floor and T1 access.  All of the floors, as you can see floor 1 or any of the links below, can be built out in a wide array of manners to meet any tenants needs.  When a floor gets built out here we will do everything from the lighting and ceiling fans all the way down to the floor coverings.
